'Norujeu'

This holiday is the largest holiday in Iran. There is a special table setting in new year's day called Norujeu. This setting called 'Hapeuteussin sohure'. Iranian literally as 'ssin' to begin with seven kinds of food use for this table setting. This sven kinds food are onion, vinegar, apple, spices, 'cimanu'(made of wheat flour and fry), nut of tree, vegetable.

During this period, people clean the house and buy new clothes.

Because the Muslim believes this scarf protect woman from bad thing. ‘Chador’ is covering the body. ‘Chador” is generally black. But not only ‘Chador’, Scarf has many different types. ‘Hijab’ ,’Nikap’ and so on. This scarf is become issue women right. Muslim country is changed the personal chose wear the scarf. Iran food :D

Iran have a special food culture Sopeure. Sopeure seems to rug on the floor. Iranians like sit down and eat food on the Sopeure. Iran has very large territory so they have a lot of food culture. Caviar, mushroom, shrimp are popular Iranian food. But Iranian principal food is rice and bread. Rice is Annam rice, it different our rice. Annam rice is crumbly. Celo and polo made by Annam rice. Celo made only rice and polo made with other stuff. For example Gacy polo(Apricots rice), Habijeu Polo(carrot rice), Swirinpolro(sweet rice), Moreugeu Polo(chicken rice). Iran religion is Islam so they don’t eat pork. Iranian usually eat beef and chicken. Another principal food is nan or noun. Nan exist 3 konds, there are called Nunerabeoswi, Nebe Sanggyateu, Nebe Var Var. Nan very thin bread. Iranian wrap the vegetable and meat. Do you heard Kebab? Kebab is Iran food. You can see the thin bread in Kebab, this is nan.

Iranian like football, 3 or 4 people crowded in empty ground they enjoy football. If you go to Iran, yon can see many football fields. In past Iran football is best in Asia and football string nation in now. Also amateur wrestling is famous sports. Already exist the win gold medal in Olympic. Lately Iranian woman allowed entry stadium. In the past, It is illegal that Iranian womans go in stadium.

Iran’s cultures - About wedding

Iran people have wedding twice. First wedding called ‘Ahgeudeu’. ‘Ahgeudeu’ take on bride house. ‘Ahgeudeu’ is similar to engagement. They are formally become a couple but they don’t live together. Then usually 3 month later they have second wedding in bridegroom house. It called ‘Aurosi’. ‘Aurosi’ is real marry. They have a wedding night and they live together. Some times take 1year or 2 years.

Iran wedding order is first, Muslim clerics read a Koran and bride and groom sign and oath. After relatives and guests gave gift for them.

Geography of Iran

Iran is located in Middle-east Asia. Especially Iran is surrounded by another country. Iran is about 8 times as bigger than Korea. It’s very big size. It is very Surprise. Iran is 7.5 times the area of Korea. Geographical nature is very hot during the day but very similar Korea seasons.

Elburze Mts and Zagros Mts are located greatly streached. Geographically Plateau regions can divided into four regions - (Tehran, Shiraz, Mashhad, Espahan, Kerman, Yazd)
